About the book

What's inside the book?
Illustrated stories about everyday places like parks, malls and the walk to school. Each one shows kids how to spot a hidden danger, say no, get out fast and tell a safe adult.

What is a "No-Go Zone"?
Any place or situation that gives your child a thumbs-down feeling. The book teaches kids to notice that feeling, leave, and tell a safe adult.

What age is it for?
Ages 6–12. Younger children enjoy it read aloud with a parent. Older children can read it on their own and come back to it as a reminder.

Will it scare my child?
No. The stories are calm and practical, and focus on what to do. Kids come away feeling confident, not afraid.

How do I start using the book with my child?
Read one story together, then ask: what would you do? Practise the steps out loud, and come back to the book every few weeks so the skills stay fresh.

Does it cover online safety?
The book focuses on real-world places and situations. The same thumbs-down feeling and tell-a-safe-adult steps work online too. Buy Two and Buy Three bundles also include our free Modern Parent's Digital Safety Toolkit e-book, with family internet rules and settings checklists.

Can teachers use it in class?

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of US$45 and above, which includes our Buy Two and Buy Three bundles. Orders under US$45 ship for US$10.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7–14 business days to the United States and 6–12 business days to Europe. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering and before it ships. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it's still covered by our 30-day guarantee.

How do I get the free e-book?
When you buy a Buy Two or Buy Three bundle, the Digital Safety Toolkit e-book is added to your order for free and the download link is emailed to you after checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with any of the payment methods shown at checkout.

How do I place an order?
Choose your bundle on the product page, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can review your order before you pay.
