Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Prepper Shelf Books. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders of US$45 and above (this includes our Buy Two and Buy Three bundles).
  • US$10 standard shipping on orders under US$45.

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Our fulfilment partner records a short video of your order being packed before it ships.

Delivery times

After dispatch, standard shipping usually takes:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Other countries: usually 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs and other factors outside our control.

Where we ship

We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United Arab Emirates, Israel and many European countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us.

Digital products

The free Modern Parent's Digital Safety Toolkit e-book (included with Buy Two and Buy Three bundles) is delivered by email as a download link after checkout. No shipping is needed.

Order tracking and proof of delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel. US deliveries include a delivery confirmation, and European deliveries include photo proof of delivery.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us at info@preppershelfbooks.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it's still covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Missed deliveries

If no one is home when the courier tries to deliver, your parcel is usually taken to your local post office, which typically holds it for only 3–4 days. Please collect it promptly. We can't offer a replacement or refund for parcels that are returned because they weren't collected.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit (for example, held by customs) or arrives damaged, please email us at info@preppershelfbooks.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Once verified, we'll reship your order free of charge or give you a full refund.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
